Credit Hours 3.0

This course will examine the act of reading texts effectively in the 21st century. Building on students prior knowledge and experiences, students will participate in unique and creative on- and off-line interactive activities and demonstrations to help them make sense of themselves as literate individuals, to help them develop strategies for reading and comprehending texts of all kinds, and to help them develop expertise in negotiating the rapidly changing technological world around them.
