|Prerequisites||Students must have declared Early Childhood Education as their major Examination of basic physical concepts, focusing on their applications in the areas of mechanics, electricity, heat, sound, light, matter, and energy|
Laboratory exercises are integrated into the scheduled class periods to emphasize an experimental approach to learning. The course also includes examples of computer-based instruction in the classroom. The course focuses on the needs of Early Childhood Educators and also includes examples.
