Description

Four lecture hours and six laboratory hours a week.
The course is designed to facilitate the student’s acquisition of both health assessment and basic nursing skills. It is composed of three distinct components: health assessment theoretical content, basic skills theoretical content, and laboratory/clinical performance. In order to pass the course students must pass all three components. An additional component of the course is mastery of basic drug calculations.
