Students may not enroll in this course if they have taken or are taking LAW 7060 – Alternative Dispute Resolution.
This course provides the fundamentals of negotiation. It offers both a theoretical understanding of the negotiation process and practical skills of an effective negotiator. The course combines readings, simulated role plays and exercises, and written assignments.
